Cloud Collection requires the wearer to shake the fragrance briefly before spraying.
This is so that the colored oil molecules can combine with the carrier substance. This fragrance collection is unique and unlike any other brand.
The perfume oil lays beneath the alcohol concentration instead of swimming on its surface. There are molecules in the water that will only develop once it is sprayed on the skin; it will then enhance on the wearer.

In order to activate the fragrance you will need to shake the bottle for four seconds until the liquid turns cloudy and non-transparent. As soon as the two liquids separate from each other completely you should spray on your skin for maximum effect.
